The Oyster Harbour Catchment Group is led by a committed committee of community members who represent local interests. They are responsible for guiding and overseeing the delivery of Natural Resource Management (NRM) initiatives and production outcomes for the subregion.

Operational Staff
Bruce Radys Executive officer Bruce supports the OHCG committee with strategic direction, project development, and partnerships. With executive authority, he assists with operations and staff management. Since 2017, his expertise in catchment and revegetation has guided OHCG projects, including the Healthy Estuaries WA flagship project. Cassie Dressler PROJEcT OFFICER Cassie joined OHCG in 2024 to lead projects on Western Ringtail Possum conservation and feral cat management. With degrees in Environmental Biology and Applied Geology, she spent nearly a decade in minerals exploration, gaining expertise in resource mapping, environmental impact analysis and fieldwork. She has since worked with Gillamii Centre and runs a small business whilst serving on nonprofit boards. |
Natalie Reeves operations co ordinator Natalie joined OHCG in 2024 with extensive experience in waterways protection and project management, having worked with South Coast NRM and DWER. A resident of the catchment for over 25 years, she is an active community volunteer with extensive experience on nonprofit boards across youth, civics, arts, environment, education, and science. Rosie Smith PROJECT OFFICER - CLAWS Rosie joined the team in May 2025 to deliver Cat Laws and Wildlife Survival (CLAWS) projects. Originally from the UK and trained in Marine and Ecology sciences she has undertaken work in landcare and threatened species in NSW and WA. Working with South Coast NRM, Green Skills, and Bush Heritage. Rosie is also a qualified high school science teacher and is an experienced outdoor educator. |
Lorna McDonald NRM Officer Lorna joined the team in May 2025 to work on a number of key projects. Lorna has qualifications in Biology and Environmental Management and over 13 years’ experience as an Environmental Consultant and Environmental Advisor in the resources sector and has previously operated her own unique business utilising goats for weed control whilst volunteering for her local Bushfire brigade and enjoying the natural beauty of the region through art. |
