Gaining Greater Understanding: Emu Point and Bayonet Head

This project is the newest of the three possum projects and build on the work of the previous two. Seeking to increase our knowledge, and understanding of how Western Ringtail possums utilize reserves within the urban environment of the City of Albany, as well as nearby urban areas. It also aims to engage the community in taking part in project activities, to increase the general awareness and appreciation of these possums; to see them as more than that critter that eats their roses.
We acknowledge the Minang and Koreng people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and live. We pay our respects to the Elders, past, present, and emerging and to the wider Noongar community.
