Becoming Involved

enWe are an incorporated community-based non-profit sparked into action by the community’s desire to support and encourage best practice management, protect and rehabilitate our natural assets/river systems.

You can be involved through the following ways:
  • Come to our workshops and events, learn more and implement at home
We carry-out many different information nights/workshops and other events where we communicate information about current projects, share knowledge, insight and best practice with numerous community members passionate about our community and environment.

  • Subscribe to our e-newsletter and follow us on our socials
Our "What's Happening in Oyster Harbour Catchment" E-newsletter keeps member groups informed and updated with local news from across our 3000km2 catchment from a natural resource management perspective

  • Becoming a member and/or donating
We carry-out many different type and sized projects depend on the amount of community support there is.  The more memberships we have, the greater community support we can demonstrate and the more investment our group can attract into our region.

  • Participate in projects
We design our projects around communities need so it's important to tell us what natural resource management you need help with as well as engaging in active ones. This could be as a sponsor, stakeholder, landholder or volunteer for particular events i.e. tree-planting days.

  • Volunteer
If your passionate about sustainable natural resource management or just want to support local community. Every hand helps please contact us and find out more about current volunteer opportunities or learn how you can be part of our committee of decision makers.

  • Our history: Taking Past Learnings into the Future

We acknowledge the Minang Bibbulmun people as the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and live. We pay our respects to the Elders, past, present, and emerging and to the wider Bibbulmun community.
